Limestone Pea – (Pisum sativum)

Description

A Turkish Heirloom pea that is aptly named! These beautiful peas are greenish-brown with tiny black spots.  The vines are about 3 foot tall and produce delightful pink and maroon flowers, that could easily be mistaken for ornamental sweet peas. This is a dry storage pea, that matures over a long season. Best planted in October-December in the low desert. Included pea inoculant for better production.
